On the morning of March 19, at the meeting to implement the plan to link production and consumption of agricultural products in Hai Duong in 2025, the linked entities committed to fully implementing the regulations.
According to representatives of cooperatives, enterprises, and units that have supplied fertilizer materials and instructed farmers on proper fertilization techniques in the model of growing custard apples, guavas, lychees, etc. The units are committed to seriously implementing the approved linkages and ensuring progress.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that in order to complete the approved linkages, the District People's Committee directs specialized agencies and local authorities to supervise the implementation of linkages, the provision of seeds, materials and acceptance according to regulations.
Compared to previous years, this year the implementation of linkages will face difficulties due to the merger of communes and provinces. The units implementing the linkage need to be more proactive, if there are any difficulties or problems, they need to report to the specialized agencies for timely resolution. The subjects of the linkage shall complete the documents as they distribute seeds and production materials, and send them to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before April 2025 so that the department can report to the Provincial People's Committee to approve the funding to support the subjects. The subjects need to keep complete and correct records and documents to avoid loss because after the merger, it will be difficult to redo the documents.
According to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee, in 2025, the units will carry out 14 linkages in Chi Linh City, Kinh Mon Town and Nam Sach, Thanh Mien, Thanh Ha, Gia Loc, Tu Ky and Ninh Giang districts.
The linkage models in Hai Duong are implemented according to Resolution 17/2019/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council. Accordingly, the implementation period is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025 with 76 plans to support production and consumption of agricultural products in the fields of cultivation, livestock, aquaculture, etc. To date, the units have completed 62 linkages.
