Apple is reportedly testing some iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max prototypes with a hole-punch display instead of Dynamic Island.
According to "rumor expert" Majin Bu, who has posted many accurate information about unreleased Apple devices, testing of the new screen is underway. "Apple is testing a hole-punch design for the iPhone 16 Pro, but it is not yet complete. Details will have to wait until March next year," Majin Bu wrote on X on November 12.

Previously, some sources said that it was not until the iPhone 17 generation that Apple removed Dynamic Island. This feature first appeared on the Pro line of iPhone 14 launched last year.
