Thanh Ha district has 12 more OCOP products

The OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council of Thanh Ha district has recognized 12 products that meet the 3-star OCOP standard in 2024, including: Tan Viet guava (Tan Viet commune); Cam Che guava (former Cam Che commune, now Cam Viet commune); Thanh Hong grapefruit (Thanh Hong commune); young guava bud tea and Nam Vu guava (Nam Vu Clean Agriculture Cooperative, Lien Mac commune); yellow sticky rice (Tan An commune); free-range chicken (Tan Viet Commune Commercial Chicken Breeding Cooperative); dried bananas; chocolate-coated dried bananas and green tea-coated dried bananas (both from Ameii Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Thanh Tan commune); Thanh Ha potatoes and Thanh Ha guava (both from Thanh Ha Safe Vegetables, Roots and Fruits One Member Co., Ltd., Hong Lac commune).

By the end of 2024, Thanh Ha district has 20 OCOP products certified with 3 stars and 4 stars that are still valid. Certified products use the OCOP brand and star rating on the packaging. To encourage business households and production enterprises, in 2024, Thanh Ha district will reward each entity whose product is recognized as 3-star OCOP for the first time with 8 million VND.

3 outstanding products of Ameii Vietnam Joint Stock Company (in Thanh Tan commune) including: dried banana, chocolate-coated dried banana and green tea-coated dried banana have been proposed by the province to be recognized by the Central Government as national OCOP products.
