Completed the competitions of the 9th Hai Duong Provincial Sports Festival

A shot in the men's final of the Beach Volleyball Championship between Cam Giang and Thanh Mien

In the men's event, the athlete pair Vu Lenh Ban and Nguyen Van Duy (Cam Giang) won the gold medal after surpassing the pair Vu Van Quang and Vu Van Hung (Thanh Mien); the two teams Ninh Giang 1 and Ninh Giang 2 shared third place.

In the women's category, after defeating the pair Vu Thi Van Anh and Pham Thi Trang (Hai Duong City) in the final, the pair Nguyen Thi Huong and Luu Thi Hau of Thanh Mien won the gold medal; the bronze medal in this category belonged to the Thanh Mien 2 team.

The beach volleyball championship has 30 male and female athletes from 7 local teams: Thanh Mien, Tu Ky, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, Cam Giang, Kim Thanh and Hai Duong city participating.

The Organizing Committee awarded medals to the women's teams.

This is the final event in the program of the 9th Hai Duong Provincial Sports Festival in 2022. Starting from April 7, 2022, the Badminton Championship is the first event of the festival. By September 25, all 17 events had been successfully organized. Previously, the festival was expected to have 18 events, but women's football was not organized.

After the end of the competitions, the Organizing Committee will review and select outstanding athletes to compete at the 9th National Sports Festival. At the National Sports Festival, Hai Duong has 163 athletes, 27 coaches from 19 participating teams, striving to win 30 gold medals. The Festival will take place from December 9-21, 2022 in Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hoa Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc and Hai Duong (hosting table tennis).
