Hiep Cat Commune opens the grassroots Sports Festival in Hai Duong

The opening ceremony of the 10th Hiep Cat Commune Sports Festival (Nam Sach, Hai Duong) gathered nearly 1,000 people to participate in a parade to show off their strength and perform mass gymnastics.
On the morning of February 23, Hiep Cat commune held the opening ceremony of the 10th Sports Congress in 2025 at the commune stadium. This is the locality chosen by the Steering Committee of the 10th Provincial Sports Congress to hold the opening ceremony at the grassroots level in the whole province.Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hiep Cat Commune Sports Festival Pham Tuan Khuong delivered the opening speech. In 2024, the commune won first prize at the volleyball tournament for communes and towns. In the past 3 school years, Hiep Cat commune secondary school has always been in the top group at the district-level secondary school athletics tournament.The performance after the opening ceremony with the message about the image of Hiep Cat, a countryside on the path of innovation, development, and noble sportsmanship.
