From the start of the peak period of receiving applications for ID cards for people (July 29), to August 23, police agencies at all levels of Hai Duong province have received applications for ID cards for nearly 89,000 people.
The peak period for receiving applications for ID cards for people starts from July 29, 2024 to September 4, 2024. As of August 23, the Provincial Police have received a total of 88,765 applications.
Of these, 39,915 applications were received for children under 6 years old, 35,094 applications for children from 6 to 14 years old, 13,407 applications for people over 14 years old, re-issued for 3 cases, all of whom are people with permanent residence in the province. For temporary residents, 346 applications were received.
Of those whose applications were received, 16,379 people received ID cards.
In recent times, police agencies at all levels have proactively coordinated to strictly carry out basic investigation work, classify according to target groups, promote propaganda, mobilization, and notification so that citizens know and coordinate implementation. Police agencies have organized the issuance of ID cards to 100% of citizens in the province aged 14 and over.
