Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has just approved a policy to support trained workers with a maximum of 20 million VND/person.
At the 28th Session (regular session at the end of the year), the People's Council of Hai Duong province passed a resolution regulating support policies for workers who have been trained at vocational training institutions in the province.
This Resolution stipulates support policies for workers who have completed vocational training at elementary, under 3-month, intermediate and college levels at vocational training institutions in the province.
The highest support level is 20 million VND/person, the lowest is 2 million VND/person depending on each specific subject and profession.

To enjoy this policy, within 90 working days from the date of graduation recognition decision or from the date of signing the labor contract for some subjects, eligible persons must submit a set of documents requesting support according to the regulations in the resolution to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs at the district level (where the applicant registers permanent residence) for settlement and payment of support funds via bank account.
Funding to support workers trained at vocational training institutions is arranged in the annual regular expenditure estimate of the District People's Committee.
