From April 19 to May 6, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province organized experimental teaching of local education for grades 9 and 12.

For each grade, the Department of Education and Training organizes experimental teaching related to the content of the two subjects of history and geography at 10 secondary and high schools in Thanh Mien, Cam Giang, Nam Sach, Kim Thanh, Thanh Ha districts, Chi Linh city and Hai Duong city. Teachers teach one experimental lesson in each topic related to culture, history, geography, economy, society... of Hai Duong province.
After each experimental teaching session, the Department of Education and Training holds a meeting to evaluate, give comments and summarize opinions to report to the Head of the Provincial Department of Education Materials Compilation. Then, submit to the Ministry of Education and Training for approval to print, issue and start integrating teaching from the 2024-2025 school year.
Up to now, Hai Duong province has published and put into local education teaching for grades 6, 7, 8 and grades 10, 11 in all secondary and high schools in the province.
Grade 9 local education is compiled with 5 topics: Hai Duong land in the struggle for independence from the end of the 19th century to 1945; Hai Duong in the resistance war to protect national independence (1946-1975); Hai Duong economic construction and development (1976-2020); population characteristics of Hai Duong province; urbanization and quality of life.
Local education for grade 12 is compiled with 5 topics: the role of Hai Duong in the resistance war against France (1946-1954); the contributions of Hai Duong people in the cause of liberating the South and unifying the country (1954-1975); the innovation process of Hai Duong (from 1986 to present); the process of development and economic restructuring of Hai Duong; Hai Duong in the process of international integration.
