The project to build a Martyrs' Temple and cultural park in Hai Duong province has a total estimated cost of 200 billion VND from the provincial budget.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just passed a Resolution deciding on the investment policy for the Project to build a Martyrs Temple and Hai Duong Provincial Cultural Park in Tan Hung Ward (located in the urban park area south of Hai Duong City).
The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The estimated investment cost is 200 billion VND from the provincial budget.
The Martyrs' Temple and Cultural Park of Hai Duong province has an area of about 2.5 hectares, including the following construction items: martyrs' temple; bell tower, drum tower; square; memorial - relief; management office building; auxiliary items: service house, rest house, public toilet, technical house, technical infrastructure, trees, walking path, lotus pond, parking lot...
The architectural design of the project will be organized for competition according to regulations.
Project implementation period in 2024-2025.
