Hai Duong updates information and proactively implements the Law on Electronic Transactions

The Law on Electronic Transactions was passed at the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly and will take effect from July 1, 2024. To proactively implement the law, 60 IT specialists in Hai Duong have been trained and updated with relevant information.

At the training session on June 13, experts from the Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications) updated knowledge and analyzed and clarified new points of the Law on Electronic Transactions. This will help experts be proactive in related tasks from July 1.

Also during the training period, trainees were provided with some information related to information security and website management skills.

The Law on Electronic Transactions has four outstanding new points, related to regulations on converting the implementation of administrative procedures and civil transactions from direct to electronic means; electronic transactions towards the entire process of state agencies; information systems serving electronic transactions; removing difficulties and obstacles, preparing necessary conditions to implement electronic contracts in transactions in all areas of life, economy and society.

The Law on Electronic Transactions will complete a comprehensive legal corridor to facilitate the transition of operations from the physical environment to the digital environment in all sectors and fields. Thereby promoting the national digital transformation process.
