On November 16, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to approve the addition of 13 projects and works in 8 districts and cities with a total area of 13.87 hectares to the land use plan for 2023.
Projects added to the 2023 land use plan include: Construction of traffic infrastructure for the main road of Nai Dong village, Tam Ky commune, investment in the construction of a bridge over Kinh Mon river and an access road connecting the interchange with National Highway 5 in Kim Xuyen commune (both in Kim Thanh district); resettlement project to implement the project to renovate and upgrade Road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge (Thanh Ha); expansion of the Party Committee-People's Council-People's Committee headquarters of Lam Son, Ngo Quyen, Le Hong communes (construction of the Commune Police office building), renovation and upgrading of Hong Phong commune road from Provincial Road 392B to Cao Thang-Tien Phong district road (both in Thanh Mien district); new residential area of Khue Chien area (resettlement for the implementation of Luong Nhu Hoc road project) in Tan Hung ward, land recovery of Hai Duong Youth Employment Service Center and Hai Duong Youth Workers and Young Laborers Support Center (Provincial Youth Union) in Thanh Binh ward, commercial service land in Gia Xuyen commune, expansion of Tan Binh Kindergarten (both in Hai Duong city); project to build the headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Le Loi commune, the office of Le Loi commune police and the cultural house of Luong Quan village (Chi Linh) and supplement the area of the 500 kV line of Nam Dinh I-Pho Noi Thermal Power Plant (in Thanh Mien, Binh Giang, Ninh Giang and Gia Loc districts).
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over, coordinate, guide and carry out related work according to regulations, ensuring approved land use targets.
