Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 runner-up Luong Thi Hoa Dan (from Nam Sach) was the cover face of Hai Duong Newspaper in the spring of Quy Mao 2023 and is collaborating in producing Podcasts. She said that through collaborating with Hai Duong Newspaper, she has learned more about the people and land of Dong in general, and her hometown Nam Sach in particular. She hopes that Hai Duong Newspaper will create more opportunities for her to collaborate in making podcasts and participating in many other types of journalism.

As one of the contributors with many news articles on Hai Duong Newspaper, Ms. Doan Thi Xuan (Kinh Mon Radio Station) commented that over the past year, Hai Duong Newspaper continued to have many innovations in all publications. The printed newspaper presented scientifically, attractively, and novelly. The online newspaper has many new columns and sub-sections, close to readers such as Check-in Hai Duong, Colorful Hai Duong... In particular, the information on Hai Duong Newspaper is presented vividly and flexibly in many genres from short news, in-depth news, graphics, videos, podcasts... Hai Duong Newspaper's Fanpage updates information quickly, attracting viewers. Contributor Thu Xuan suggested that Hai Duong Newspaper should increase training and guidance so that contributors can have many good quality news articles.

Collaborator Nguyen Thi Thanh Thien (Chi Linh City People's Procuracy) attended the collaborators' meeting for the first time and said that she really wanted to contribute more articles to Hai Duong Newspaper, thereby effectively propagating the law. Ms. Thanh Thien also wanted to be trained and guided to improve her skills and knowledge to produce works that propagate the law that are close to and easy to apply to life.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hau, Head of Kim Thanh District Radio Station, shared the difficulties when the number of reporters and staff of the district station is small while the propaganda work in the locality is increasing, so the number of news articles collaborating with Hai Duong Newspaper is not much. Mr. Hau affirmed that in the coming time, Kim Thanh Radio Station will actively send news articles to Hai Duong Newspaper, especially videos about local activities.

Collaborator Dang Dinh Chien in Hai Duong City commented that Hai Duong Newspaper has made remarkable changes in recent times, especially with many combative political articles. Mr. Chien suggested that Hai Duong Newspaper should promptly publish current affairs articles by collaborators.

Having worked with Hai Duong Newspaper for many years, writer Phuc Lai suggested that more writing contests could be considered and more topics could be suggested for contributors to write about.

Wishing that the newspaper will become more innovative, modern and attractive, many contributors suggested that in the coming time, Hai Duong Newspaper should promote more typical and advanced examples in various fields. On the online newspaper, Hai Duong Newspaper should add more tools to make the interface more beautiful, the information more dense, more attractive to readers; and spread more press products on YouTube, Zalo, Facebook. "We are always ready to accompany the development of video products on Hai Duong Newspaper and the newspaper's YouTube channel", contributor Duong Hoa (Nam Sach Radio Station) affirmed.

Exchanging and sharing at the 2024 meeting of active news contributors, comrade Nguyen Quy Trong, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of Hai Duong Newspaper, affirmed that the team of contributors is always an extended arm, helping Hai Duong Newspaper to develop more and more, becoming a progressive newspaper, loved by readers.

Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Quy Trong expressed his hope that contributors would continue to promote the spirit of creative work, closely follow real life, be sensitive to grasp and detect problems, and then choose appropriate forms of expression on Hai Duong Newspaper. Contributors should increase their participation in new journalism genres, send images and sounds to the newspaper, share and spread the newspaper's products through social networking platforms...

In 2023 and the first months of 2024, Hai Duong Newspaper has nearly 200 news contributors sending news, articles, and photos to be published in publications. The contributor with the most news, articles, and photos posted is 86. In addition to sending news and articles to print newspapers, some contributors also participate in filming video clips, actively promoting current events on Hai Duong e-newspaper. The proportion of news articles by contributors on some Hai Duong news newspapers regularly accounts for 10-20%.
