By 4 p.m. on February 9 (ie the 30th of Tet), preparations for the New Year's Eve fireworks and art events were basically complete. Hai Duong Newspaper Fanpage livestreamed the New Year's Eve fireworks display in Hai Duong City.
On the night of February 9 (ie the night of the 30th of Tet), from 22:30 to 23:00, at Bach Dang Park (Hai Duong City), a special art program celebrating the Party and spring will take place, elaborately staged with the theme "Hai Duong welcomes spring".
Right after the end of the art program is the fireworks display to welcome the new year. 800 high-altitude fireworks combined with 120 low-altitude fireworks promise to bring people and tourists a colorful New Year's Eve with memorable moments.
