Comrade Hoang Anh Phong holds the position of Deputy Director of Hai Duong Department of Justice.

On the afternoon of July 12, Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province attended the conference and presented the resolution of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to transfer and appoint Comrade Hoang Anh Phong, Head of the Administrative and Archives Department of the Provincial Party Committee Office to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice. The appointment term is from July 12, 2024 to July 11, 2029.

Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and work of Comrade Hoang Anh Phong. Comrade Phong is a well-trained cadre, with capacity, qualities, and eagerness to learn; always completing well and excellently the assigned tasks.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu requested that in his new position, Comrade Hoang Anh Phong continue to strive, practice, and continue to promote the results that the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Justice have achieved.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Hoang Anh Phong, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, accepted the direction of comrade Le Van Hieu, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; at the same time, thanked the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee for their trust and assignment of tasks. He promised to constantly strive, train, cultivate, build solidarity, and work with the Department of Justice to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Hoang Anh Phong was born in 1977, from Hong Phuc commune (Ninh Giang), has a bachelor's degree in State administrative management, a bachelor's degree in Law; senior political theory. He has held the positions of Deputy Head of the Department of Justice, Head of the Department of Justice (Hai Duong City). From October 2014 to February 2022, he held the position of Secretary of the Thanh Binh Ward Party Committee (Hai Duong City). From March 2022 to present, he has held the positions of Head of the Organization - Administration Department, Head of the Administration and Archives Department, Provincial Party Committee Office.
