Comrade Bui Thuy Hanh holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong.

On the morning of November 1, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee attended the conference.

Comrade Bui Thuy Hanh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was accepted by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2029.

Speaking at the assignment, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang said that the transfer and appointment of cadres aims to promote the capacity and strengths, train and develop the province's cadres; at the same time, it is a step to prepare personnel for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that after considering and comprehensively evaluating the staff's capacity and work requirements, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Bui Thuy Hanh to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to complete the department's leadership personnel.

The Provincial Party Secretary believes that with many years of experience in Party building and propaganda work, Comrade Bui Thuy Hanh will soon grasp the work and, together with the leadership of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, actively advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to do a good job of state management in the field of labor, war invalids and social affairs.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang asked the new Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to continue to promote his intelligence and experience, constantly strive, learn and improve his sense of responsibility in work, unite with the collective, and continue to perform well the assigned tasks.
