Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang: Timely resolve cases to ensure legitimate rights for citizens

On the morning of March 13, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, received citizens regularly in March. Also receiving the citizens were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and a number of relevant departments, branches, sectors, and localities.

Ms. Pham Thi Hanh, authorized representative of Hoang Phuc Investment and Management Company Limited in Hanoi City, requested the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to refund the land rent and the value of assets attached to the land to the company according to Decision No. 2906/QD-UBND dated July 19, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested the Department of Finance to urgently coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities after the auction results are available, according to assigned functions and tasks, to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to refund the amount according to the approved plan to Hoang Phuc Investment and Management Company Limited.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Bui Thanh Tung and Ms. Bui Quynh Hoa in Thanh Lang commune (Thanh Ha) complained about Decision No. 1800/QD-UBND dated June 18, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving specific prices as the basis for calculating land use fees when the State allocates land with land use fees without auctioning land use rights to adjacent households in Thanh Lang commune.

Regarding this content, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested that in April 2024, the Provincial People's Committee report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the content and solution to the case, and by early May 2024, there must be a response to the people.

Ms. Le Thi Hue in Nam Sach town requested to revoke the wrongly issued land use right certificate and reissue the land use right certificate to Ms. Hue. Through direct discussion with the provincial leaders, Ms. Hue said that the land use right certificate was issued incorrectly, she did not sign some documents and papers related to the issuance process. The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Nam Sach District People's Committee to coordinate in verifying documents and records, and consider and resolve Ms. Hue's request to ensure compliance with the law.
