Citizen reception work in Hai Duong has changed significantly.

On the afternoon of January 17, the Steering Committee for implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and the Steering Committee for Religious Affairs of Hai Duong province organized the deployment of tasks for 2024.

The Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of 12 district-level units has consulted on the development of a plan to organize 42 meetings and dialogues between leaders of Party committees and authorities and the people. The commune level has organized 562 meetings and dialogues. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have also actively coordinated and participated in the work of receiving people, receiving and handling complaints and denunciations from citizens. Religious activities in 2023 in the province took place vibrantly, important and annual religious ceremonies were solemnly organized, attracting a large number of followers and people to attend. However, the issuance of land use right certificates to religious establishments still faced many difficulties. In 2023, only 4 religious establishments were granted land use right certificates, 2 religious establishments were allocated additional land and granted land use right certificates.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference on the tasks for 2024, Comrade Nguyen Van Phu, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, suggested that it is necessary to pay attention to resolving difficulties and increasing the rate of granting land use right certificates to religious establishments.
