Localities need to promptly update information on new commune-level administrative units on the district-level electronic information portal to facilitate organizations and individuals to contact for work and find information.
From December 1, 28 new commune-level administrative units in Hai Duong officially came into operation. However, as of December 17, the electronic information portals of 10 districts and towns with reorganized administrative units: Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha, Nam Sach, Kim Thanh, Gia Loc, Kinh Mon town and Hai Duong city have not yet updated the names of the new commune-level administrative units.
The old commune information pages still exist. Many people who want to find information about the unit or locality are easily confused and contact the wrong spokesperson of the new unit.
Relevant agencies are requested to promptly update, correct and supplement information on new commune-level administrative units on the electronic information portal to ensure accuracy and timeliness, creating convenience for organizations and individuals who need to contact to work and find information.
