According to Gia Loc District People's Committee, the district has proactively arranged and handled public headquarters after the merger to ensure effective use and avoid waste.
Specifically, Nhat Quang commune (Dong Quang commune merged with Nhat Tan), office at Dong Quang commune People's Committee (old); Quang Duc commune (Duc Xuong commune merged with Quang Minh commune), office at Duc Xuong commune People's Committee (old); Gia Phuc commune (Gia Khanh commune merged with Gia Tan commune), office at Gia Khanh commune People's Committee (old); Gia Tien commune (Gia Luong commune merged with Tan Tien commune), office at Gia Luong commune (old).
After the merger, the old People's Committee headquarters of Nhat Tan, Quang Minh, and Gia Tan will be arranged as headquarters for the police force and the Military Command of the commune.
For the central hall and one-stop shop, the People's Committee of Nhat Tan commune (old) transferred them to local management, to be used as a cultural house for Cao Due village and a place for community activities.
The central cultural house and the remaining area behind the old Gia Tan Commune People's Committee headquarters were transferred to Gia Tan Secondary School to expand the campus, with an area of about 1,326 m².
The old Tan Tien commune office was transferred to Tan Tien Secondary School to expand the campus, area 5,256.0 m².
Thus, all merged commune headquarters in Gia Loc are exploited and used.
