Insurance policy dialogue at Tung Yang Company (Cam Giang)

At the dialogue, nearly 200 workers listened to the reporters of the Social Insurance and the Provincial Labor Federation disseminate the basic contents of the Labor Code, the Laws on Labor Safety and Hygiene, Employment, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and many new documents and policies to be applied in 2024.

The reporter of the provincial Social Insurance also promoted the policy of voluntary social insurance and family health insurance so that employees can continue to participate if they have to quit their jobs at the enterprise or participate for their relatives to enjoy health care benefits and receive pensions when they reach retirement age.

Workers and employees also raised many questions for dialogue such as how employees with two labor contracts can participate in social insurance and health insurance, age requirements for retirement benefits, benefits when participating in health insurance for 5 consecutive years, participating in voluntary social insurance when reaching retirement age to be eligible for retirement benefits, etc. The provincial Social Insurance Agency directly answered questions at the conference.

The conference aims to raise awareness of the superiority of insurance policies so that businesses can actively participate, while helping social insurance agencies promptly grasp the difficulties and obstacles of units in implementing insurance policies.
