Tung Yang Company Limited's Trade Union currently has 353 members in 5 trade unions. Over the years, the trade union has advised the company's Board of Directors on many policies that benefit employees in terms of wages, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, improving the quality of shift meals, etc. The trade union always promptly grasps the concerns of employees to work with the enterprise to resolve arising problems. For many years, periodic labor conferences have been held effectively through dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements. Each employee in the company is supported with a meal allowance of 390,000 VND/month, a diligence allowance of 100,000 VND/month; and enjoys full benefits for illness, maternity, leave, travel, etc. Gift-giving activities on holidays, Tet, union members' birthdays, and giving gifts to employees' children with high academic achievements are also regularly organized by the union.

Typically, the establishment of the 5S council (screening, arranging, cleaning, caring, readiness) to improve the green - clean - beautiful working environment; launching movements to score occupational safety and hygiene among production departments; movements such as "good workers, creative workers", "safe units in security and order"... have contributed to promoting workers' creativity, promoting initiatives to improve production lines and processes to improve product quality.

The company has invested in a modern, synchronous paint spraying line to meet customers' needs for quality and aesthetics. The stages of the steam oven, material supply, aluminum profile pressing line... are automated and mechanized to reduce heavy labor, limiting employees' exposure to high-temperature areas. The company's sales department is also constantly active and flexible in finding customers and expanding the market to ensure stable output for products, especially in the context of being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
