On March 1, the Hai Duong Province Nursing Center for Meritorious People (Department of Home Affairs) organized a reception for 145 meritorious people from Tu Ky and Ninh Giang districts for centralized nursing care.

At the same time, meritorious people will be able to visit and relax for 2 days in Mong Cai City (Quang Ninh).

In 2025, according to the plan, the Hai Duong Provincial Nursing Center for Meritorious People will receive about 5,800 meritorious people and martyrs' relatives for centralized care, an increase of about 1,800 people compared to 2024.
