The construction area is nearly 4,000 m², construction floor area of ​​nearly 60,000 m²and auxiliary items. 26-storey hotel building and attic, plus 2 basements (about 300 rooms). Construction area of ​​over 2,200 m², construction floor area of ​​nearly 34,000 m²and auxiliary works. The project's technical infrastructure works include yards, internal roads, power supply systems, water supply, lighting, trees, communications, etc. The total investment of the project is more than 1,800 billion VND. Construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The starting price for the auction of land use rights and assets on land to select investors to implement the Hotel and Mixed-use Apartment Project in the Hai Duong Province Concentrated Administrative Area is more than 401 billion VND.

Property auction organizations submit registration documents to participate in the auction from 7:00 a.m. on June 7 to 5:00 p.m. on June 12, 2024.
