Speaking at the assignment, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 3, highly appreciated the capacity and responsibility of Colonel Vu Hong Anh and Colonel Nguyen Huy Thang. He acknowledged that Colonel Nguyen Huy Thang had made many important contributions to the armed forces of Hai Duong province during his time working.

He requested that in his new position, Colonel Vu Hong Anh continue to promote his capacity and experience, together with the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command, promote the tradition of the provincial armed forces, closely follow the resolutions of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and the Military Region 3 Command, and comprehensively and synchronously deploy local defense and military work.
