From July 17 to 31, agencies and units under the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command simultaneously launched a peak emulation campaign to carry out the 2023 provincial defense area exercise and celebrate the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2023).
