Provincial Civil Servants' Union actively responded and participated in competitions.

In 2023, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union at all levels actively participated in many competitions, spreading a beautiful image among civil servants, public employees, and workers. During the year, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union won 1 A prize, 1 B prize at the 2023 Civil Servants', Public Employees', and Workers' Arts Festival and the second prize at the 2023 "Talent - Charming Ao Dai" Competition, both organized by the Provincial Labor Federation.

In addition, the unit organized a sports competition attracting more than 300 civil servants, public employees and workers to participate. The Provincial Civil Servants' Union is a typical unit in implementing and responding to "Ao Dai Week". The image and beauty of women wearing Ao Dai have spread widely in agencies, units and schools.

The results were achieved because the provincial civil servant unions at all levels paid more attention to the cultural and sports life of civil servants, public employees and workers.
