Hai Duong Civil Servants' Union actively responds to creative programs, overcomes difficulties, and develops

On the morning of July 5, the Hai Duong Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union held its 5th Congress for the 2023-2028 term.

Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of Hai Duong Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, presented a political report at the Congress.

With the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", in the new term, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union strives to have 100% of agencies, units, families of civil servants, public employees, and workers register to build agencies, units that meet cultural standards, and cultural families, with a rate of over 98%. 98% of union officials receive training in trade union skills. 100% of grassroots unions register to build strong grassroots unions, with a rate of 90% or more, with no weak grassroots unions; 100% of female civil servants, public employees, and workers register for the title "Good at public work, good at housework", with a rate of 95% or more. Each grassroots union selects and introduces at least 1 outstanding union member for the Party to consider and admit. Trade unions at all levels continue to improve the quality of the Campaign to build "Loyal, Responsible, Honest, Creative" cadres and civil servants in conjunction with implementing Directive 05 and Resolutions on building the working class and intellectuals in the new period. Promote the registration of projects and products to celebrate major holidays and political events of the country and the province.

Delegates vote

The Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union currently has 49 grassroots trade unions with 4,233 union members. During the past term, 100% of agencies and units held conferences for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. The grassroots trade unions coordinated to present 4,346 gifts worth nearly 2.5 billion VND to union members in difficult circumstances.

Election of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term

Over the past 5 years of implementing the theme "Year for the benefit of union members" with the motto "Ensured rights, better welfare", the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union at all levels has always promoted the implementation of tasks of representing workers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants, public employees and workers. The trade unions at all levels have donated nearly 4 billion VND to support the southern provinces in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic; supported the Central and Central Highlands provinces in overcoming difficulties caused by floods. The Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union has proposed that the Provincial Federation of Labor subsidize 72 union members affected by the Covid-19 epidemic with a total amount of 40 million VND; and support 10 million VND for union members in difficulty to repair their houses. During the term, nearly 1,000 officials and union members participated in humanitarian blood donation, collecting 762 units of blood. There are 412 initiatives responding to the program "75 thousand initiatives to overcome difficulties and develop" and the program "1 million initiatives to strive to overcome difficulties, be creative, and determined to win the Covid-19 pandemic".
