Previously, on May 10, 2022, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency issued a wanted notice for the suspect Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan - Chairman ofBoard of Directorsand General Director of Tien Bo International Joint Stock Company (AIC).

To serve the investigation of the case of violating bidding regulations causing serious consequences and accepting bribes, occurring at Dong Nai General Hospital, AIC Company and related units, the investigation agency requested Ms. Nhan and 7 other people who were on the run to come to the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency or the nearest police agency to surrender to enjoy leniency.

Permanent residence: Apartment 1102, Pacific Place apartment building, No. 83B Ly Thuong Kiet street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi. Current residence: Apartment 1709-1710, Pacific Place apartment building, No. 83B Ly Thuong Kiet street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.

In August 2022, while being wanted in connection with the case that occurred at Dong Nai General Hospital, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan continued to be prosecuted in the case that occurred at Quang Ninh Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

Previously, on January 4, 2023, the Hanoi People's Court sentenced 36 defendants in the case of "Violating bidding regulations causing serious consequences, accepting bribes..." occurring at Dong Nai Provincial General Hospital and AIC Company.

The jury sentenced defendant Nhan to 14 years in prison for "bribery" and 16 years for violating bidding regulations causing serious consequences. The total sentence is 30 years in prison for both crimes.
