Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hai, Head of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police, said that at 9:35 p.m. on August 7, Center 114 received a fire report at Shing Mark Vina Company Limited (Sing Mark Vina Company).
When the authorities arrived at the scene, the fire had engulfed the entire warehouse, causing the roof to collapse, making it difficult to put out the fire. At the time of the fire, the workers had stopped working.
Immediately afterwards, the Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police mobilized 25 specialized vehicles from the provincial fire prevention and fighting force, Trang Bom, Thong Nhat districts and Long Khanh city, along with specialized forces and facilities to the scene to put out the fire.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hai, by 0:00 on August 8, the fire was completely controlled, with no risk of spreading to other factories.

Then the fire engulfed the entire warehouse, smoke billowed dozens of meters high, illuminating a large area.
