Passionate about cars, Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu's collection includes most of the sports and luxury cars in Vietnam, including rare versions. Among them, Mr. Vu has a great passion for Mercedes-Benz sports cars.

Recently, Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu appeared at a familiar car showroom with a rare Mercedes-AMG SLC 43.

The car was officially imported to Vietnam in 2016. The Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 is the smallest sports car in the SL convertible product line.

SLC is the new name of the SLK sports car line, which has also appeared in Vietnam. With the 3rd generation, this car model is only distributed with the SLC 43 sports version with some design and performance customizations from the AMG division. At the same time, the company also stopped producing the high-end SLK 55 version with a 5.5L V8 engine with 422 horsepower.

Compared to the standard version, the Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 has a strong design language, similar to its "senior" Mercedes-AMG SL-Class. The most prominent feature on the car's exterior is the diamond grille, which is only for AMG's performance-tuned versions.

Many car details are still like new after nearly 7 years of use.

The car's LED lights also have a similar design to the C-Class. The car is equipped with 18-inch multi-spoke rims and silver-painted AMG brake calipers. Similar to other models in the collection, Mr. Vu changed the car's exterior color to silver and added the familiar "UN" letter. The taillights are also darkened, similar to the small spoiler and the sporty rear bumper with integrated dual exhaust pipes. The car's roof can be electrically adjusted when the car is running at speeds up to 40 km/h.

The interior of this sports car still carries the minimalist language. The car has a Nappa leather interior with 2 contrasting colors of Bengal red and black. The interior details are covered with dark carbon-patterned aluminum. The car's steering wheel is designed in a sporty style with a Nappa leather surface, accompanied by a 2-tube AMG dashboard with a 4.5-inch screen and a 7-inch central screen.

When the roof is open, the Airguide wind deflector optimizes aerodynamics, making the car user feel comfortable. The car is also equipped with a 10-speaker Harman Kardon sound system and a multi-zone air conditioning system. In particular, this car has a custom-made coffee cup tray, which is a favorite item of Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu.

In terms of performance, the Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 is equipped with a 3.0L V6 Biturbo engine, producing a maximum capacity of 367 horsepower and a maximum torque of 520 Nm. This engine comes with a 9-speed 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, helping the car accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and a maximum speed of 250 km/h.

At the time of launch, the price of SLC 43 was about 3.6 billion VND. Currently, Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu's 7-year-old car has only rolled about 2,810 km.

Currently, Mr. Vu's car collection includes almost all Mercedes-Benz sports cars such as SLS AMG, SLS AMG Roadster, SLS AMG GT Roadster, SLS AMG GT Final Edition, GT S Edition 1, GT R, GT R Pro, SLC 43... However, Mr. Vu still does not own the only Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren in Vietnam.
