Public service units in Hai Duong operate stably after merger and consolidation

After merging, consolidating, and reorganizing the apparatus, public service units and administrative organizations of departments and branches in Hai Duong quickly operated stably.
The Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine was reorganized on the basis of 2 units: the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine and the Department of Fisheries (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment). The headquarters of the department is at 97 Nguyen Luong Bang Street (Hai Duong City).Officers and civil servants of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine (Department of Animal Husbandry, Aquaculture and Veterinary Medicine) handle administrative procedures for people and businesses via the online system.Hai Duong Vocational Education Center (Department of Education and Training) was established on the basis of merging 4 centers: Vocational Training and Farmer Support Center under the Provincial Farmers' Association; Hai Duong Women's 8/3 Employment Service Center under the Provincial Women's Union; Hai Duong Youth Employment Service Center and Hai Duong Youth, Workers and Young Laborers Support Center under the Provincial Youth Union. After the merger, the center has 40 employees.Staff of Hai Duong Province Vocational Education Center provide vocational training consultation and job referrals to those in need.Vocational training and practice activities, supporting workers to create jobs at Hai Duong Province Vocational Education Center are operating normally after the center merged. The center is located on An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward (Hai Duong City).The Land Registration Office (Department of Agriculture and Environment) was established on the basis of merging the Information Technology Center, the Center for Natural Resources and Environment into the Land Registration Office of Hai Duong province with 265 officers and civil servants.After the merger, in addition to the land management function, the unit added a new function of information and propaganda on natural resources and environment.To ensure good operation after the merger, the unit installed an additional Internet system to serve new functions of land management, information and propaganda in the field of natural resources and environment.PV
