Up to now, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has decided to merge, consolidate, and reorganize many public service units and administrative organizations under departments and branches.
After the restructuring, public service units all self-guarantee a part of their regular expenses or self-guarantee their regular expenses and investment expenses.
Specifically, the Land Registration Office under the Department of Agriculture and Environment was established on the basis of merging the Information Technology Center, the Center for Natural Resources and Environment into the Land Registration Office of Hai Duong province.
