Director of driving training center in Hai Phong arrested

Mr. Hoang Duc Phuong, Director of the Road Motor Vehicle Training and Testing Center, was temporarily detained to investigate violations that occurred at this center.

Hai Phong City Police have just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and issue an arrest warrant for Mr. Hoang Duc Phuong (born in 1976), Director of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving Training and Testing Center, under the Central College of Transport II.

The Investigation Police Agency also decided to prosecute and temporarily detain Mr. Trinh Hoang Huy (born in 1973), an employee of the Center's admissions department, to investigate violations that occurred at this unit.

A director of a driving training center in Hai Phong was arrested.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Party Secretary and Principal of the Central College of Transport II, informed that the Road Motor Vehicle Training and Testing Center is an independent accounting unit with its own seal and account. This center is located in Hong Thai commune, An Duong district. The school has requested the Deputy Director of the Center to temporarily operate until there is a notice from the police agency.

Previously, on June 24, during an inspection at this Center, Hai Phong City authorities determined that there were signs of law violations at this unit.

In addition, the authorities requested relevant individuals to write a report explaining the incident.

At the same time, seal the office of the Center Director and some related departments.
