Industrial real estate in 2025 continues to be forecasted to have great growth potential.

Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) appointed Deputy General Director Nguyen Quoc Huy as the representative and manager of all capital contributions at Taseco Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. Taseco Land is expected to contribute VND210 billion, accounting for 70% of the capital of the new company.

The establishment of this enterprise may be a move for Taseco Land to participate in the industrial real estate market in Hai Phong. In this city, Taseco Land also has a subsidiary, Taseco Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of VND20 billion and an ownership ratio of more than 50%.

In the industrial real estate sector, last year, the company started investing in Dong Van 3 industrial park in Duy Tien, Ha Nam. This industrial park project has a scale of 223 hectares.

Industrial real estate in 2025 is forecast to continue to have great growth potential and attract the participation of many big players from the beginning of the year. According to Savills, the wave of investment in high-tech projects and research and development centers is boosting the demand for infrastructure and factories, creating momentum for the growth of the industrial real estate market. Vietnam currently has 174 FDI projects in the semiconductor sector with a total registered capital of nearly 11.6 billion USD.

Taseco Land, formerly An Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, was established in 2009. This investor developed many apartment projects in the Diplomatic Corps area, West of West Lake (Hanoi); urban and residential areas in Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa...

Last year, this investor achieved revenue of about 1,684 billion VND, down nearly half compared to 2023. However, the company still recorded a nearly 10-fold increase in after-tax profit to 825 billion VND thanks to a sharp increase in financial revenue.

As of December 31, Taseco Land's total assets reached over VND9,340 billion. This enterprise has 12 subsidiaries.
