Hai Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee approves 190 innovative and breakthrough jobs

According to the decision, some of the breakthrough and creative tasks that the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee will focus on leading and directing are: Together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, lead and direct all levels and sectors to complete the socio-economic development targets in 2024, economic growth in 2024 reaching over 9%; well performing the work of Party building and the political system, the Provincial Party Committee to complete its tasks well or better; promoting the good implementation of social security mechanisms and policies; improving the quality of supervisions of the Provincial People's Council; completing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; arranging the organizational apparatus of administrative agencies at all levels and the operations of public service units; effectively implementing national digital transformation...

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to monitor and evaluate the implementation results of approved breakthrough and innovative tasks in 2024 and use the implementation results in personnel work.

Implementing Project No. 02-DA/TU, dated August 15, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Building a team of leaders and managers at all levels, especially leaders with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to meet development requirements, period 2021 - 2030", in Hai Duong, leaders and managers from the level of deputy department head and above must annually register to set an example, focusing on registering 1 to 2 breakthrough and creative tasks. The results of implementing breakthrough tasks are a criterion for evaluation, classification and the basis for arranging staff.

In 2023, the Provincial Party Standing Committee approved 170 breakthrough and creative tasks of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. The results of the implementation of these breakthrough tasks significantly contributed to the province's economic growth reaching 8.16%; completing the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; performing well in social security work; developing the Party, etc.
