8 facilities participate in the 2024 Hai Duong Province Vocational Education Teachers' Conference

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed the role of vocational education teachers in training, vocational education, and improving the quality of human resources in the province. He requested the Organizing Committee to prepare good conditions for teachers to deliver lectures with high results. The members of the Jury worked responsibly and objectively, selecting teachers worthy of attending the national lecture. The teachers were calm, confident, and performed their lectures to the best of their ability.

The lecture attracted 29 teachers from 8 vocational training institutions in the province to participate in 17 vocational groups such as automobile, transportation, mechanics, electricity, electronics, medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, veterinary medicine, sewing, accounting, information technology, music, tourism...

At this year's lecture, vocational training institutions carefully prepared human resources, documents, lesson plans, competition equipment, etc. The lectures closely followed the new curriculum, content, and appropriate teaching methods associated with the requirements of digital transformation in vocational education. This year's lecture increased by 2 professions compared to 2021.

This is an opportunity to evaluate the professional skills of teachers in vocational education institutions; promote emulation movements to teach well, learn well; encourage teachers to exchange experiences, and innovate teaching methods. Through the teaching conference, vocational education institutions discover models, teaching methods, equipment, teaching aids, skills to effectively exploit training equipment and how teachers handle pedagogical situations.
