Hai Duong currently has 9 vocational training institutions that are linked to training and supplying labor to businesses.
According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong, currently 9 out of 19 vocational training institutions in Hai Duong are linked with 100 enterprises inside and outside the province. The schools: Hai Duong Vocational College; Tourism and Industry; Road Transport; Foreign Languages and Technology of Vietnam; Mechanics and Construction... regularly link with about 20 enterprises or more.
Currently, the main form of cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises is to accept students for work and internship. Schools send teachers to practice, learn new technologies and production processes; transfer science and technology, and participate in developing training programs. Many enterprises proactively provide machinery and equipment so that students can practice right at school, and not be surprised when recruited into the company.
Hai Duong currently has 19 vocational training institutions, enrolling more than 37,000 students each year. This is a large source of labor for businesses in and outside the province.
