Hai Duong links vocational education with businesses

The conference attracted 40 businesses and more than 10 vocational schools and vocational education units inside and outside the province to participate.

Delegates exchanged and discussed cooperation in training and job introduction between vocational schools in the province and enterprises; clearly stated the advantages, difficulties and obstacles in the connection. Representatives of vocational schools proposed that enterprises actively coordinate in implementing the training process, consulting, supporting, and creating conditions for vocational school students to practice at factories. The connection in human resource supply also needs to be promoted so that vocational school students can easily find jobs after graduation and enterprises do not lack quality human resources.

Enterprises participating in the conference proposed initiatives in training linkage and human resource supply, focusing on supporting students in internships and practice, and participating in consulting on building training programs of schools suitable to practical needs. The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regularly organizes consulting and career guidance activities, connecting labor supply and demand between enterprises and vocational schools. Enterprises proposed a number of solutions to support vocational training institutions and enterprises to innovate, improve training quality and build a professional educational environment suitable to the needs of the labor market.
