Hai Duong Department of Education and Training has recognized 96 excellent primary school teachers, including 64 teachers with creative and excellent teaching sessions in the 2024-2025 school year.
On the morning of January 9, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province summarized the competition for excellent primary school teachers in Hai Duong province for the 2024-2025 school year.
The organizing committee assessed that the contest took place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, meeting the innovation goals of the 2018 general education program, and honoring deserving teachers.
The contest was truly a professional festival for primary schools. Teachers demonstrated their solidity in expertise and pedagogical skills. Many reports addressed new, difficult issues that needed to be resolved; applied active teaching methods and techniques; were novel, creative and practical.
Most lessons integrate comprehensive educational content, aiming at the goal of developing students' qualities and abilities; enhancing interactions between teachers, students and parents; and allowing students to freely create. In particular, teachers have adapted well to the new textbooks according to the 2018 general education program. However, some teachers still do not pronounce the letters L and N correctly, the content is repetitive, not really innovative, and the use of comments and words is not sophisticated...
On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong awarded 32 excellent teachers with creative teaching sessions, 32 excellent teachers with excellent teaching sessions and 6 groups with outstanding achievements; recognized and granted certificates to 96 teachers who achieved the title of excellent teachers at the provincial level. Each participating teacher was awarded 500,000 VND and gifts from a number of businesses.
This year's contest attracted 96 teachers of cultural subjects for grade 4 and specialized subject teachers from 12 districts, towns and cities in the province, an increase of 48 teachers compared to the contest last school year. Teachers competed in 2 parts, including: reporting on educational measures and practicing teaching. This is the first time the Department of Education and Training organized a contest for specialized subjects (physical education, fine arts, English) according to the new 2018 general education program.
