Hai Duong Department of Education and Training recognized 116 excellent teachers at secondary and continuing education levels.

Deployed from January 2024, the contest attracted 160 contestants. There were 48 teachers at the secondary level, 88 teachers at the high school level, and 24 teachers at the continuing education level. The oldest teacher was 48 years old, the youngest was 24 years old. The teacher had the longest teaching time of 24 years, and the least of 2 years.

Teachers participate in 2 parts of the competition: presenting a report on pedagogical measures and practicing teaching. The secondary school level tests geography in the subject of history and geography; the chemistry in the subject of natural science. The high school level tests literature and physics. The continuing education sector tests history and physics.

After the pedagogical measures report, 133 candidates were eligible to take the teaching practice exam. Of which, 47 were from secondary school, 67 were from high school, and 19 were from continuing education.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the contestants have carefully prepared their presentations and lessons. Many teachers have solid subject knowledge, carefully prepared from lecture content to teaching equipment and tools; designed scientific and reasonable lectures, used precise, vivid and easy-to-understand language; focused on encouraging and promoting students' qualities and abilities; closely followed and mentioned many new issues in the implementation of the 2018 general education program. Teaching hours closely followed the standards of knowledge and skills, highlighted the focus of the lesson, suitable for the students...

However, there are measures that are still formal, have sketchy content, and have not clearly demonstrated effectiveness in implementation; there are lesson plans that have not correctly identified the objectives of knowledge; the application of information technology in teaching has not been groundbreaking...

The Organizing Committee awarded certificates of excellent teacher title to 116 teachers, including 46 secondary school teachers, 54 high school teachers and 16 continuing education teachers; commended 29 teachers with excellent achievements at the competition.
