Nam Sach district exceeded the winter crop planting plan by nearly 3%. Kinh Mon town completed the winter crop planting plan. Other localities achieved 50 - 90% of the plan.
Most of the areas of key winter crops such as leafy vegetables, onions, garlic, carrots, etc. have increased compared to the same period last year. Of which, cabbage, kohlrabi, cauliflower and leafy vegetables reached nearly 3,000 hectares, onions and garlic reached more than 6,100 hectares, carrots more than 1,000 hectares... This year, the weather at the beginning of winter is cold and dry, so it is favorable for land preparation and winter crop planting. According to the plan, the winter crop planting schedule will last until the end of December.
