2 girls colluded to film and record for blackmail

On August 18, news from Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Ninh Binh City Police had investigated, clarified and arrested Bui Anh Tuan (born in 1983, residing in Khanh Hai Commune, Yen Khanh District, Ninh Binh Province); Pham Thi Hoai (born in 1989, residing in Khanh Cuong Commune, Yen Khanh District) and Nguyen Thi Phuong (born in 1996, residing in Yen Dong Commune, Yen Mo District, Ninh Binh Province) to clarify the act of "Extortion of property".

Previously, on August 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Binh City Police received a report from Mr. NVB (born in 1983) and Mr. PVM (born in 1987, both residing in Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Binh City) about being threatened and blackmailed by a number of people for 300 million VND.

Using professional measures, Ninh Binh City Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, the Economic Police Department and a number of professional units of Ninh Binh Provincial Police and Yen Khanh District Police to quickly investigate and clarify the arrest of the two girls and the man who colluded to blackmail the two victims.

At the police station, Hoai and Phuong confessed that they were directed by Bui Anh Tuan (with a previous conviction for "Extortion of property" in 2020) to find reasons to work with agencies and organizations in Ninh Binh province.

From this trick, the two girls then tried to suggest and create situations to put them in wrongdoings, then used secret recording, video recording, and photography devices as documents to control and threaten them, blackmail them, or they would file a complaint with the authorities.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Binh City Police is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
