13 plots of land in the mixed-use project of the new urban area south of Hai Duong city, invested by Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, are eligible for transfer.
On January 2, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced the results of the inspection of the current land use status and conditions for transferring land use rights at the investment project to build a new urban area in the south of Hai Duong City (sub-area 2) invested by Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
The Department confirmed that the technical infrastructure system of the project has been basically completed. The construction items are in accordance with the detailed construction planning and the approved project. The investor is eligible to transfer the land use rights for 13 plots of land in the mixed plot (HH1) of the project. Because this plot of land is a type of land used for many purposes, the construction of works on the land must comply with the provisions of the law on construction, investment projects and approved detailed planning.
Plot HH1 is a mixed-use land (residential land combined with commercial and office land) that has been allocated land by the Provincial People's Committee and granted a land use right certificate. These plots are located in areas where the technical infrastructure system including leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, domestic water supply, domestic electricity supply, lighting, trees, and communications has been basically completed by the People's Committee in April 2021...
