The interdisciplinary delegation of Hai Duong City and Tu Minh Ward People's Committee discovered that 10 rice noodle production facilities in Lo Cuong rice paper village were still operating despite the ban.

From October 7-9, the joint force of Hai Duong City and Tu Minh Ward inspected rice noodle production facilities in Lo Cuong rice paper village. The inspection discovered that many facilities were still operating and had not strictly complied with the request to stop production as requested by the authorities.

The inspection team drew up a record proposing administrative sanctions against 10 owners of rice noodle production facilities in two residential areas of Lo Cuong A and Lo Cuong B for not having an environmental license as prescribed.

The interdisciplinary team continued to review violations of the facilities, and at the same time required the facility owners to stop all rice noodle production activities, and only resume operations after converting technology and complying with regulations on land, food safety, labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, and building a wastewater treatment system connected to the wastewater collection and treatment system of Hai Duong City.
