Yamaha Janus reduced to 24 million at dealer, as cheap as Wave RSX

A dealer in Hanoi is selling the Yamaha Janus with a starting price of 28.6 million VND and prices starting from only 23.9 million VND. Other versions include a special version priced at 27.5 million VND and a limited version at 28 million VND.

Meanwhile, a dealer in the North is offering a price reduction of 4.5 million, down to 24 million VND. A dealer in the South is offering a price of 24.7 million VND.

With this price, Yamaha Janus is much lower than Honda Vision (listed from over 31 million VND, reduced at the dealer to about over 30 million VND), slightly higher than Wave RSX special edition (23.6 million VND).

What does Yamaha Janus have?

Yamaha Janus is one of the most affordable scooter models in the Vietnamese market. The vehicle has dimensions of 1,850 x 705 x 1,120 (mm), with a seat height of 770mm. This size is suitable for many different users, especially women who can easily move the vehicle.

In the current generation, Yamaha Janus has a redesigned front fairing with LED positioning lights, a speedometer that is still a combination of analog and LCD, halogen headlights, 14-inch wheels. The front wheel uses disc brakes, the rear wheel uses drum brakes. The trunk has a capacity of 14 liters.

Some notable equipment on the Yamaha Janus include smart key and temporary engine shutdown system (limited and special editions).

Yamaha Janus uses a SOHC engine applying Blue Core technology with a capacity of 125cc, 4-stroke air-cooled, with a VCT gearbox and FI electronic fuel injection system. This engine block produces 9.4 horsepower and maximum torque of 9.6 Nm.

According to the manufacturer's announcement, Yamaha Janus only consumes about 1.87 liters of gasoline per 100km of travel.
