Honda CGX 150 retro style available in Vietnam

Honda CGX 150 is a classic style motorcycle that has just been brought to Vietnam. This is a special version inspired by the Honda GB500 TT, featuring a steel frame and red shock absorbers.

The vehicle has dimensions of length x width x height of 1,960 x 780 x 1,014 mm, and weighs 125 kg. Ground clearance is about 160 mm. The curved fuel tank is painted in the characteristic white - blue and red colors of Honda Racing Corp.

Compact classic front end, large round chrome-rimmed main headlight, separate turn signals on both sides. The entire lighting system uses LED technology.

The dashboard combines analog and LCD, on the right is a traditional mechanical key.

The switch cluster area is quite basic. The left handle is for turn signals, horn, high/low beam adjustment, and there is an additional headlight flasher button in the front. The right handle is for the engine on/off button, starting the vehicle.

As a cafe racer, the CGX 150 has a saddle that is continuous from front to back in a bread-style hump, 740 mm high, suitable for Asian physiques. Unlike the two roadster versions, the CGX 150 cafe-racer is equipped with a red saddle instead of black and has an additional rear saddle cover to create a solo saddle shape, which can be removed and fitted with footrests to carry more people.

The special version is equipped with tubeless tires, 17-inch cross-spoke wheels, front and rear disc brakes. The front wheel is integrated with anti-lock braking technology (ABS).

The Honda CGX 150 is equipped with a 149 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 12 horsepower and 12.5 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The vehicle reaches a top speed of about 98 km/h.

Honda CGX 150 is imported from Wuyang-Honda factory in China, the standard version costs over 70 million VND, different in some equipment such as rims, saddle, rear handle... The special version in the article is expected to cost over 78 million VND.
