Building a wall to protect the gate pillars of Bich Dong village

A pillar of the village gate in Bich Dong village is blocked by the surrounding wall of Mr. Tran Quang Tham's family.

Previously, Mr. Tham's family bought plot No. 120, map sheet No. 16, next to provincial road 390 from Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan's family with a total area of ​​402.2 m2. This plot of land was first granted a land use right certificate to Mr. Nhan's family on May 4, 2022, then transferred to Mr. Tham's family on May 31, 2022. By April 2023, Mr. Tham's family had built a wall around the granted area. However, a pillar of the Bich Dong village gate is located inside this wall.

The Bich Dong village gate was built by donations from villagers in 2020. At that time, a pillar of the village gate was located next to Mr. Nhan's family's surrounding wall and Mr. Nhan did not object to this construction. On December 20, 2021, Mr. Nhan made a commitment to donate 28.8 square meters of land at plot 120 to build a new rural road; he admitted that during the use of the land, he had leveled and encroached on part of the ditch area managed by the Commune People's Committee, and had built a surrounding wall and ancillary works.
