Vinhomes is about to start construction of a 5,800 billion VND social housing project in Hai Phong

This information was announced by the Hai Phong City People's Committee in the plan to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the social housing construction project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone.

The social housing project invested by Vinhomes has a scale of nearly 33 hectares, with a total capital of more than 5,800 billion VND. Of which, housing projects account for more than 40% of the land area, the rest are public items, commercial services, and schools.

Upon completion, the housing complex will serve a population of approximately 9,600 people.

Vinhomes plans to build 4,004 social housing units on 4 plots of land with a maximum construction density of 60%, 7-9 floors high.

In addition, the project will also have 256 townhouses, 4-5 stories high and 28 villas, 4 stories high, with a total area of ​​4,200 m2, equivalent to an average of 150 m2 per house.

This will be the first social housing project in Hai Phong and the third nationwide developed by Vinhomes.

In Hai Phong, Vingroup and Vinhomes have also invested in many large-scale projects. In the real estate sector, this unit has developed two urban areas, Imperia (over 78 hectares) and Mariana (nearly 50 hectares).

This enterprise is also building an entertainment and housing area on Vu Yen island with a scale of more than 870 hectares, with a total capital of nearly 19,000 billion VND and an upcoming urban area project of nearly 1 billion USD in Duong Kinh district, Kien Thuy district.

In the manufacturing sector, the VinFast automobile factory project with a total investment of 1.5 billion USD is also located in the industrial park on Cat Hai island, Hai Phong.
