The massive 3-storey villa, weighing about 1,500 tons in Lim Mountain area, Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong) has been 'moved' from its old location to a new location by the 'genie'.
During the construction period, not only did the furniture remain intact, but Mr. Ph.'s entire family and the workers still lived normally in the villa.
On the afternoon of April 22, the 3-storey villa of Mr. NVPh's family in the Lim mountain area, Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon) was relocated by Cam Luy Construction - Relocation - Elevation - Anti-tilt Company Limited (a unit known as the "genie" in Ho Chi Minh City) to a new location, about 10 meters away from the old location. This is 1 of 3 cases of land law violations at the Lim mountain mine that must be cleared. The homeowner sought to move the house to the family's legal residential land location to limit the damage.
Previously, Mr. NVPh.'s family had 241 m² of land adjacent to Lim Mountain Mine. In 2015, Mr. Ph. encroached on an additional 421 m², built a 3-storey house, 94 m² of reinforced concrete frame, 2 temporary level 4 houses, yard, garden, pond.
Below are some photos taken by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters:
The 3-storey villa was pulled by this specialized hydraulic machine.Cable system connected to specialized hydraulic machine via hydraulic oil pipeDuring the process of pulling the house, workers must check and adjust the rollers, add more rollers in the front...Family members help workers carry wooden panels to create a path for the house.Due to a broken cable and a broken hydraulic machine, the move took 2 days. Each time the hydraulic machine was operated, the house would move more than 1 meter. In the photo: Workers shortened the cable, fixed the screw system, and prepared for the next pull. Many people were curious about the "genie moving house" so they went there to see.The neighboring family's adjacent building was not affected during the villa's relocation.Previously, more than 10 workers from Cam Luy Construction - Relocation - Elevation - Anti-tilt Company Ltd. spent more than a month digging the ground under the house's foundation. After arriving at the new location, the construction unit will weld the steel bars and pour concrete to connect the existing house to the new foundation. It will be handed over to the homeowner in about 10 days. In the photo: The house in the new locationPV
