Chi Lang Market (Hai Duong City) has auctioned land use rights to select investors for construction, business, management and exploitation with a winning price of over 40.4 billion VND.
According to the Hai Duong Province Property Auction Service Center, on April 24, the unit organized an auction of land use rights to select investors to build, operate, manage and exploit Chi Lang market, Nguyen Trai ward (Hai Duong city).
There are 2 units participating in the auction: Thanh Dong PT Group Joint Stock Company in Thanh Binh ward and DTL Group LLC in Tran Phu ward (both in Hai Duong city).
As a result, Thanh Dong PT Group Joint Stock Company won the auction with a winning price of over 40.4 billion VND; 800 million VND higher than the starting price.
On December 31, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approved a specific price plan as a basis for determining the starting price for auctioning land use rights to select investors to build, operate, manage and exploit Chi Lang market.
Accordingly, the starting price for organizing the auction of land use rights to select investors to build, operate, manage and exploit Chi Lang market (area 2,544 m2, land lease payment one time for the entire lease period, term 50 years) is more than 39.6 billion VND.
Chi Lang Market is a people's market whose detailed planning at 1/500 scale was approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong City in August 2021. According to the approved planning, the new Chi Lang Market has 5 two-storey kiosks, 28 one-storey kiosks and 112 covered seats.
